支持产品协同设计的AD技术与服务层项目人员管理的实现

在产品的协同设计过程中，每个项目都要涉及到众多的工作人员和大量的网络资源。协调好各个人员的工作并且有效、安全地使用网络资源是保证产品设计顺利进行的关键。本文提出并研究了采用活动目录技术来实现协同设计系统的服务层上的项目人员管理需求模式，开发了相应的项目人员管理工具，并且在基于知识的注塑模具和冲压模具设计系统中得到应用。     

无铅焊膏在电子封装组装中的应用

随着人们对环境的日益重视和电子封装组装焊接技术的发展，合金焊膏的无铅化和质量的要求越来越高，开发无铅、无毒焊膏成为焊膏开发的重要方向，本文论述了几种无铅焊膏Sn-Ag系，Sn-Bi和Sn-Zn系的特点，同时，也检测和评价了一种Sn-Ag免洗焊膏，其绝缘抗阻性，抗腐蚀性，产品清洁度和产品可靠性等均符合要求。

路易氏碱在阴离子聚合领域中用途十分广泛，其重要性有待进一步认识。本文仅介绍它对活性种（包括引发剂和活性聚合链末端）的活化作用。     

Improved oxidative stability of sunflower oil in the presence of an oxygen-scavenging film

The oxidative stability of sunflower oil (SFO) was measured during storage at 23 and 37°C in the presence of a novel oxygen-scavenging film that contained polyfuryloxirane (PFO). Commercially refined and deodorized SFO was stored in a lighted room in sealed transparent packages containing either PFO film or an antioxidant, 0.02% butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT). Oxidative stability was evaluated by determination of peroxide values and gas-chromatographic measurement of headspace hexanal. SFO stored in the presence of the oxygen-scavenging film was more stable than oil stored without the film, or than film stored with 0.02% BHT. The PFO film scavenges oxygen through energy-transfer sensitization of singlet oxygen. The film is doped with eosin and the naturally-occurring dye, curcumin, which absorb over a wide range of visible wavelengths. Curcumin transfers its absorbed energy to eosin, which sensitizes the production of singlet oxygen. The singlet oxygen is scavenged by PFO. The use of two dyes increases the efficiency of the sensitization process, reducing the illumination time and intensity required for effective oxygen scavenging.     

一种SISO线性系统的系统辨识软件包的开发

本文基于系统辨识的最小二乘法,介绍一种用Basic语言编程的SISO线性系统系统辨识软件包及其原理、结构、功能与特点。它包括输入/输出数据的生成,近十种辨识程序模块的调用,结果的处理,模型阶次与纯滞后时间的确定和模型校验等五大部分。经应用已证明设计合理,方便可靠,并具有结构简单灵活等特点。     

NPHMC: An R-package for estimating sample size of proportional hazards mixture cure model

Due to advances in medical research, more and more diseases can be cured nowadays, which largely increases the need for an easy-to-use software in calculating sample size of clinical trials with cure fractions. Current available sample size software, such as PROC POWER in SAS, Survival Analysis module in PASS, powerSurvEpi package in R are all based on the standard proportional hazards (PH) model which is not appropriate to design a clinical trial with cure fractions. Instead of the standard PH model, the PH mixture cure model is an important tool in handling the survival data with possible cure fractions. However, there are no tools available that can help design a trial with cure fractions. Therefore, we develop an R package NPHMC to determine the sample size needed for such study design.     

Reaching for redundant arms with human-like motion and compliance properties

This work proposes a redundant arm torque controller for reaching, guaranteeing desired completion time and accuracy requirements without the need for trajectory planning and prior knowledge of robot dynamics. The proposed controller is designed based on the prescribed performance control methodology and it is a reaching regulator in which the target pose for the hand acts as an attractor for the arm. It provides configuration consistency in return motions and hand and joint velocity smoothness. Its use in an admittance control scheme given measurements or estimates of external forces is also proposed providing active compliance capabilities in robot–environment interactions. Simulation studies for a 5dof human arm-like robot and experiments with a 7dof arm are performed to verify the approach and demonstrate the proposed controller’s performance.

介绍引进大型苯酐顺酐装置固定床反应器包的两种结构；简述该反应器包在设计、材料、制造方面的关键问题；分析反复引进技术的利弊；通过论证认为，该大型反应器包国产化是完全可行的，并指出尚需解决的技术问题。     

煤质活性炭压片成型技术的推广和应用

中国石油庆阳石化公司活性炭厂从20世纪90年代就开始着手活性炭新产品的开发工作。在大量市场调研和对比分析的基础上，采用防化研究院经过多年潜心研究的煤质活性炭压片成型技术，进行工业化生产并予以应用。生产出合格的压块活性炭，使压片成型技术在活性炭工业化生产中的推广和应用这一国内难题最终得到解决。
